Pennsylvania gun law says that it is illegal for a minor to possess a gun, unless the minor is lawfully hunting or trapping or under adult supervision. Im 16, and just got my first AR and go to the range with my dad every once and a while, but would like to go myself since hes at work alot. If I get a hunting lisence, can I use that go "lawfully" hunt some targets at the range? Im still looking at all the laws, but I was thinking I could get some help from you guys...

not a good idea, my friend.
if you get caught, you will NEVER be able to enjoy the freedoms of firearms.
going to the range isn't hunting.
i feel for you dude, i was the same way when i was 16, but i was lucky enough to be able to shoot in my backyard.
now, that, you CAN do, IF you can normally shoot in your backyard or property thatis.
