Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gunsite Service Pistol?

I always wanted one, although it bothered me that they were Springfields.  Now I go to the Gunsite webpage and the closest thing they have is this thing?
Colt 1991
Is this thing made by Colt and just working off the Gunsite name or what?  I ain't paying $1500 for something churned out in the Colt factory.  Shit, the old GSP was like $1k, what ever happened to that?
