I'm looking at various helmets and came across this company, can't find much info on them other than they might own Ops Core?
Also does anyone know anything about their ACH based TBH-II HST, are these legitimate ballistic helmets from a legit company? Thanks. |

Gentex is one of the major ballistic helmet companies, and one of the ACH contact holders along with Revision, ArmorSource, BAE, etc...

Gentex makes flight helmets for the military as well.

Gentex is very good to go.
They had a recall on ach's they make a few years ago but it was just do to the screws not meeting the standard not the shells themselves. |

don't know if they still make them, but for the 20+ years I was in the army and way before that, they also made combat vehicle crewman (CVC) helmets.

Before the MICH and ACH came out, they also made the helmets for SOT Teams and CIF Units within SF in the 1990s-erly 2000s.
