I've been looking at getting a Gemtech suppressor for my Steyr Tactical Scout. The TPR-S looks like the one I want. It is available with the "bi-lock" system which is a  QD mouting system so the can doesn't have to be threaded on. The bi-lock lug is threaded 5/8x24. I'll have to have the Steyr threaded but I also want to use the can on my pre-ban Yugo AK. Does anyone know if there is an adapter to adapt the reverse thread of the AK to 5/8x24? I don't want to even think how much it would cost to have Gemtech make me a special bi-lock lug for the AK.

I just bought a TPR-S..sent the Form 4 off yesterday!

I bet it wouldn't cost as much as you think to have a Bi-Lock custom threaded.  Call Doc Dater and ask him.  I bet it wouldn't be $150 or so, which is about what you're gonna spend to have your barrel threaded and shipped both ways.
