Why is the pistol not as popular as the carbine?

Makes sense.  I kind of like the pistol version.  Would be cool to have one of each to add to the collection.  I guess the sp89 is a pistol but now is a very sought after pistol.  Whish I bouth one in 1989 for 800.00 They both will be banned from importaion I bet so get one of each just to have.

Buying the GSG 5 Pistol is the easiest way to SBR the gun. I didn't want some hack gunsmith to cut on my gun and screw it up. So I purchased the pistol and sent in the Form 1 whammo, when it comes back approved and I have a bad ass SBR.
