Primers are back. Yes there were some people trying to get $45 - $50 per k.

Also a lot of $35 per k. Large pistol, Large rifle.

Best price I saw was Magtech SR for $28 per k, or can you believe $130 for 5k? No tax.

7.62 x 39 Brown Bear 123 gr HP ammo $135 for 500, $260 per 1k. No tax.

One vendor had new Win 7.62 x 39 brass for $30 per 100. He has less now.

When it was available lately, it was $20-22 per 50.[://

Hornady 55 gr FMJBT $110 per 1k. Not great, but available.

No luck from the Dillon gods, I just missed a 550 for $175. Good shape, just missing a few parts.

No SDB's to be seen.

Gonna bring more money tomorrow, and get some SR primers and some more 7.62 x 39 ammo and brass.

Are you shooting cast in 7.62x39?

Not presently, but that may be in my future.

I am casting 200 gr SWC's for 45 ACP.

Ah ok well you'll like it if you do.

I'm shooting cast (Lee 155-2R+Herc 2400) in 2 SKS's and loving it.

dryflash3,

You forgot to mention which show you were at.

Different parts of WA and OR...........and all that.

Aloha, Mark

Thanks for the info, sounds quite a bit like the last Portland "Fun Show".

Plenty of primers (considering the current conditions), any "size" you wanted...as long as it was CCI , some PMC small pistol, and some Magtech.

This weekend is the WAC show at the Puyallup fair grounds.

I might stop by in a bit...........................might not. Sounds encouraging though.

I was being vague on location, but I couldn't fool Vini.

First thing this morning went over and got 5k of the Magtech SR primers and a 500 rd box of Wolf &.62 x 39 ammo.

Checked the primer supply at the end of the show, there were three 5k sleeves and 3k in boxes left.

I took that as a good sign, as they didn't sell out in a 2 day show.

Guns seemed to be selling slowly today, and the turn out was light as well.

Today was the climax of Sea Fair week in Seattle, and the hydro plane races were today.

Met SirJames556 today from the HTF. Good to meet you sir.

You meet the nicest people when you wear a BFL hat.

Didn't make it, as usual...................................

One of these days I'll get in there and find ya though. Yes, SirJames is a very cool guy. Met him at the Christmas party at Bobbity's.

I must say, it's very encouraging to hear about the availablilty of primers. Very good indeed.

My table is next to James the ammo guy. Next group of 8 tables toward the center of the room.

See you next show.
