What forms do I need to have on hand other than the 4473s? Can I order these before I have my FFL in hand?

Yes you can order before your FFL arrives.
You'll need:
Form 4473 PT. I (5300.9) - Firearms Transaction Record Over-The-Counter
Form  3310.4 - Report of Multiple Sale or Disposition of Pistols/Revolvers
I 5300.1 - Youth Handgun Safety Act Poster
I 5300.2 - Youth Handgun Safety Act Notice (Pamphlet)

These are nice to have on hand as well:
ATF P 3312.8 - Personal Firearms Record
