Got one form from their distribution center a year ago an it says W. Virgina. New one I downloaded says Atlanta address across the top and the instructions say mail to address is in the top right corner where there is no address.
anyone kow where to ? Thanks

Yes, send it to Atlanta. A lot of people will tell you WV, but the check cashes in Atlanta. If you send it to WV, the check is then sent to Atlanta to be cashed before anything is processed. Sending it to Atlanta cuts about one week off of the wait. I have sent 7 Form 1s to Atlanta to confirm this. If you call them, they will tell you Atlanta too.

I've sent all mine to WV because that is what it says to do. I'M sure Atlanta works

New form has Atlanta, also eleminates the certification of compliance form and shows payment options using credit or debit card.

Yeah, they announced those awhile back. I posted up a month or so ago to see if anybody had actually submitted one and never got an answer. I'm not sure if it's a legit form to use or not.

Well, considering that it's on the main forms page on ATF.gov, I assume its fine to use.
