Gents,

I was wondering earlier today how safe/unsafe having a bunch of fired but unprocessed brass in my house (no garage). I have a 3 year old and we are working on our second.

Should I be concerned about lead buildup on the cases?

Thanks,
Craig

Lead is only bad for you if you ingest it.  Put the shells in containers, wash your hands after handling them, and don't let the kid put them in their mouth.

My son doesn't really go into that room, its the laundry/gun room. I do my best to keep them covered and up off the ground.

Thanks guys,
Craig
