A few months back I picked up an M38. I put it in the safe and just didn't get around to shooting it.
Until today. During lunch some coworkers and I were headed to an indoor range. I took the Russkie carbine and man, what a hoot! The muzzle flash was bigger than I expected and every time it went "WHUMP!" inside the range people were looking. A very fun rifle at a cheap price. Now I have a bruise on my shoulder and a smile on my face.

Once you shoot one, you realize how much fun they are. Some how after that first one, I ended up bringing 7 more home!
