NFATCA has posted this and thought everyone here would like to discuss it.

I think in order to add that to the form it would increase the paper size to the legal document size of  8.5" x 14" which is stated in the link above.  Ironically, this will not speed up the process in anyway.

That would minutely streamline the NFA process, contrary to the .gov's inent with it. They NEEEEEED to electronicize the entire process. Computor technology has been around for decades that would make approval times drastically less, again this would streamline and be contrary to the intent of the NFA.

Once a trust is validated there should be no reason why approval should not be instant. If the verbage is unchanged, or trustees not added or subtracted (which is irrelevant to the trust anyway) it is no different. A stapled pack of papers cannot commit crimes, if laws didnt change then its the same trust. Example the third; this would streamline the process, contrary to the intent of NFA.

Your state representatives and senators work for YOU the citizenry. Write, call, email them and have them act to change the laws. Thats thier job. If they dont work for you, vote them out. Being a senator should not be a career.

Join the American Silencer Association, they lobby in DC and fight to change laws that stripped us of our rights.

Sounds like they want to cash the money INSTANTLY. Of course, they want to process the payment instantly but not the paperwork.
