FAC's board locked at FALFiles.com, anyone know why?

Like the title says;
Just found that the FAC Board on the FALFiles has been locked. And the FAC web site has been reported as being down for a few days. I also couldn't reach Dan Coonan's web site.

Anyone have any information as to why?
