Got mine today and I have to say: If you like black rifles you're gonna like this. The only people that don't like them are the people that haven't handled one yet. My only gripe is that I can't quite reach the safety when the weapon is shouldered and ready to fire. Wonder if there is an extended lever for short thumbs like mine. Don't like changing position to de-safe it. It's a beautiful thing though - I can't hardly take my eyes off it.

Have you tried using your trigger finger to move the safety?

Seems easiest to flick the safety off with your trigger finger and then flick it back on with your thumb...

Yeah, that's what I've been trying. The safety on my AR is exactly where it needs to be for my thumb. Using two different fingers seems clumsy, but it's just a 22 after all. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford an MP5.
