Called today to find out that my Form 1 for a sbr was approved on Jan 28.So if anyone has Farris and submitted their forms in october,yousr will be done soon.

I wish the ATF didn't sit on my check for 6 weeks (they cashed it the 1st of nov and finally went pending mid december)

Mine followed the exact same timeline and I've also got Ferris assigned.  This is good news though as I'm waiting to take my first suppressor home.  I called a little over a week ago and was chastized for calling so early.  Good Lord, all I wanted to do was check the status. A simple "currently pending" would have sufficed.  But I politely thanked him as usual.

Good to hear, I hope. I've been pending with her on a MP5 since 10/5.

In between that transaction, and Shipman sitting on an approved Form 4 since 12/27 (seller STILL hasn't received it), I've been getting a little, um anxious.
