Does anyone make M1A iron sights that are a tad higher than stock?

Like a complete sight set front post and rear sight assembly that is maybe 1/4" higher.

Or maybe a front sight post that is just a little higher than the stock front sight, but is within the range of adjustment for the rear sight.

I have a burris red dot sight and would like to be able to see the irons thru the sight.   I already have an ultimak on the rifle which is the lowest profile scout mount I know of.

(best scout mount too).

The SA, Inc. M1A Scout Squad front sight is 4 millimeters taller than a standard front sight, if that helps.
