Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Does a 10/22 threaded bull barrel with sights exist?

I have a threaded 10/22 barrel for use with a suppressor.  I would like to add Tech Sights to it but I can't use the bull barrel adapter because I have a thread protector on the end of the barrel where the front sight adapter would fit.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
