I have probably 5 or 6 sets of replacement tips for the tubes laying around, and was wondering if anyone knows where to get the tubes themselves?

edited spelling in title so this thread can be found with a search in the future. dryflash3

Thanks for the edit.

Somewhere other than Dillon, as I do not believe they sell the tubes by themselves.

I remember reading several years ago about someone making their own out of either brass or aluminum tubing purchased at a R/C plane hobby shop.

It was $$$$ cheaper than buying additional tubed from Dillon or RCBS.

Grainger;

Large, #4NTD2 $12.71 for 6 feet    $13.22

Small , #4NTD3 $23.31 for 6 feet    $28.30

Don't know why the small tube costs more.

These notes are a couple of years old, so price may be higher.

Figured the price had gone up.

Yeah!  Then again, what price hasn't gone up?

Thanks for sharing.  I also have some spare parts lying around.  This will be perfect.  I have a business account with them and they give a price break on all items.  I'm have to get some next time we order from Graingers.

Don't forget the cotter pins for the end. And a drill bit if you don't have that size.

Probably these:

I generally use RCBS tubes.   However the plastic tips that create a bit of friction when I pick the primers up off the tray are shot.  Where can I get some new plastic tips?     TIA.

Thank you very much.

At current prices, if you have the end caps, it costs 45.53 for 12 tubes and cotter pins
