"Shorty" with 30" stainless bull barrel and Shuetzen stock.

It took several correspondences back and forth before I settled on that configuration.  Larry always immediately got back to me, sometimes e-mailing me outside of business hours, and was more than helpful in answering all my questions.

I've got to tell you, it is a pleasure doing business with an outfit like East Ridge.  I hope this rifle is of the function, quality, fit and finish that I have heard it is.

Good deal, your going to have a lot of fun for many years with your Shorty, what color's did you choose for the stock. I really like the black, brown, green combo color. I have a black, brown, red one.
When you get into reloading for it you can PM or Email me and I can give you some loads that have worked well at 1000 yards in other Shorty's. I have put over 15,000 rounds through State Arms rifles over the years and know a lot of people that own them.

BE SAFE AND SHOOT WELL

Nice.

What velocity will the "Shorty" drive a 750gr bullet at?

What do you think of the shell-holder design?

Owning a State Arms Rebel, myself, I love the shellholder design.

It is not difficult or cumbersome to reload. It takes only a split second longer to reload than either of the 50cal AR Upper's I have owned...and I have never had an issue with stuck brass. I HAVE had extractors slip past the rim on one of the 50cal Uppers.

IMHO, State Arms nailed it when they designed this bolt/shellholder design.

I have read that their rifles are built like tanks.

Can't wait.

I had a State Arms.  It was BOMB PROOF!  I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

CONGRATULATIONS!
