Thinking about getting one for my Remington BP revolver.  Anyone else purchased one?

A shop in Indiana has them here

Yep. One of mine came from AJ Fulks, in fact. They're fun. Not real fast on the reload, but still faster than percussion. I like them, and I've never had any complaints about Fall Creek, either.

He says on that site "actual live fire is not recomended with brass frame revolvers"............B.S., I've fired many maximum loads from my 2 1851 .44s and my 1858, never a problem. I read in a welding book where this guy puts a piece of brass in a "pull machine" (used for laboratory testing of materials for enginering) and he says the brass takes more pounds pull than steel before it breaks. I guess you can say don't shoot S&W light weight J frames either then.

I read that and just passed it off as more 21st Cent Liability BS.  Everyone knows that the brass frames wear out faster, but no one ever said that you couldnt fire them with live rounds.
