Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Complete disassembly a Remington 870 Express?

Does anyone have a link to a page that illustrates the complete disassembly of a Remington 870 Express?  I have a problem were the breech bolt is stuck in the otherwise empty reciever.  The action bars are not inserted, and slide block is not in place.  Can anyone help me figure out how to get the breech bolt out?

No linky, but you should be able to remove the trigger assembly and push back the bolt carrier since that is the key to the whole thing locking up.
