[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt upper ID question

Hey guys, a friend just bought a preban colt and the markings on the upper are not listed on bighammer. I have not seen these before either.
It is a "C" with "MB"just below it. I have seen "CM" before, but not with a B also. Any thoughts ?
