So Im totally new to the process of class 3 ownerships.
I went to ask the police chief if he will sign the form, but he is out of town till late Sept.So is there anybody else I can go to?Somebody told me to ask the County Prosecutor.
Is this true?Or do I just have to wait.

Thanks for any help.

The Chief or any person designated to sign on his behalf, the county sheriff or any person designated to sign on his behalf, a judge with the authority to hear felony cases, the head of the state highway patrol and numerous others.

IIRC a prosecutor can sign .. if they meet a certain qualification that I can't remember off the top of my head.
