Check hasn't cleared

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Check hasn't cleared

I recently sent in a form 4 for a silencer where the check cleared in 6 days and the form 4 came back in 24 days. I then sent a form 1 for an SBR and the check hasn't cleared 18 days later. Is this normal? I'm not in a rush to get the approval, but I'd like to know the paperwork was received.

I sent in a form 4 seven weeks ago and the check still hasnt cleared, and its not in the system.

The form 4 I sent off 7 days ago the check cleared yesterday.

I'd like to know the paperwork was received.

I always send stuff like this certified mail, so I know that it arrived, and when it arrived.

Where did you mail your form 1 to? If you mailed it to DC, i think they send it off to chicago for check cash and to wv for processing. Not sure, i kinda remember somthing about where everything got sent off to.

But anyhow, i wouldn't worry. My last form 1, i sent to DC (should have sent to WV) and i got my approved form 1 back 2 weeks before they cashed the check.
