Is it true that the ATF can go into your house and search it if you have a C and R licence and bust walls and the such?

If they have a warrant sure.  Don't know otherwise.  I'm not a lawyer but I play one on TV.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."

I've heard that before.  It's just an excuse.

They're allowed to check out your books and guns that are in the books, but they need to make an appointment and you have the choice to bring your stuff to their office instead of letting them in your home. Just play by the rules and you'll be fine.

They don't even have to do the audit in your home either.  You have the choice of doing it at their office.  If all I had was a small amount of C&R I might think about going that direction.
