Approximately how long does it take to process a C&R License if their are no Red Flags?

Took about three weeks for mine to go through, three years ago.

Apparantly it has ALOT to do with what state you are in. California- Mass. Maryland New york etc- forever. Kentucky Texas Wyoming Virginia etc- a wholebunch quicker.

it took one month for MO.bit I have recieved FOUR bundles of the same thing from batf-rules welcome letter etc.

Some locales require a field interview, which substantially delays the process.

I'm suffering here as well. Charged my CC on Feb 19 and I am watching the mail every day. Have my bound book already, letters all addressed and stamped, and driving me mad......

Billed my CC within 1 week. 8 wks later received license with my name out of order. Sent it back. 3 weeks later received license with name in correct order, but misspelled. Talked to a supervisor who corrected it and got a new one out that day. 3 days later and I was a bonafide a CandR holder.

Just ordered my first rifle yesterday

AHHHHH Finally got it today.. Only 28 days of suffering. My mailman is not gonna like me tomorrow. The box is full of letters going out.

Mailed mine out here in Michigan on 2/07/06. Check cashed on 2/14/06. Still waiting. But the suspense is killing me. There's so many guns to order and so little time to do it.

I mailed it on 3/6 and received everything today. Much faster than I was expecting.

My eyes are going to be shot after reading through all the books.
