I saw a pic somewhere joking about a Barrel pistol and then a short rifle. I think it was birdmanweapon.com or something like that. Nix on the pistol right now but would it be possible to cut down a M82 barrel so say 16"? Id make one hell of a fireball thats all I have to say.

Barrel is 18"...........loud as hell too.....

Looks good that way. Why'd you cut it down? Lack of long range + more maneuverability?

It's not SHIVANs rifle. But SHIVAN and I have witnessed it being shot. It's VERY loud and from about 30 feet away I could feel the blast from the muzzle brake on my legs.

Bah, my AR50 is louder than Jason's 82. Maybe its his 10 shot burst which sounds louder than my 1 shot.

I'm pretty sure I know who did the work. If you are interested I can contact them to verify they did the work and pass on the info to you.

Please do, and I would want the barrel the same length as his. If you could also get me a ballpark figure on what it will cost it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

That thing is WAY light! What's the recoil like? Also, how much velocity is lost with an 18" barrel over the more standard 29"?
