I'm looking into getting a suppressor to my USP-T I just coughed up the money for (finally). I'm debating on keeping the SL8 or trading into a USC Carbine for conversion. Is it a possibility to swap a suppressor from a pistol to a SBR? I'm totally new to NFA weapons, so go easy on me

As long as you have the USC barrel threaded to the same threads as your suppressor you should be fine. I would contact the suppressor manufacturer to verify. On my UMP clone I had the USC barrel chopped down and a UMP barrel flange installed so I have to use a suppressor designed for the UMP. Not the most economical, but the most accurate.

Idealy, that's what I want to do (if I ever get a USC), but I don't have an extra grand laying around for 2 suppressors in the same caliber. I guess I have to worry about getting a USC first though. My only concern was the longer barrel and higher velocities from the USC having a negative effect on a can.
