You can get a Benelli M1, but I don't believe it can have a pistol grip. Which is fine; you're better off with the extended mag and standard stock anyway.
You cannot buy any standard AR or AK variant. There are two legal AR-like options: the FAB-10 AR lower with closed-bottom mag well and fixed 10-round mag, and the DPMS "single-shot" AR lower with no mag well at all. Either one can have any number of "pre-ban features", as neither accepts detachable magazines. It is also illegal to import or transfer magazines holding more than 10 rounds. -Troy |

(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following: (A) A folding or telescoping stock. (B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip. (7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine. (8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
