Me again . . .

ATF sent me notice today that my C & R will expire on April 01, 2006.  

I will renew but have a couple of questions:

1)  If I mail my money and application back this week, should I expect my new C&R before April 01 ?

2)  I've bought approx 20 firearms in the past three years, using my C&R.  Three of them I "disposed of", ie:  two were sold to a fellow C&R holder and one was returned to the importer due to over-all poor condition of the rifle.

Does this raise any "red flags" ? ? ?

You would be a terrible looking 01 FFL.  You would be due a NASTY visit from a compliance inspector.  The BATF people getting 01 and 03's mixed up are what causes my concerns.

I happened to dispose of 16 of the 20 I bought using my C&R during the first 3 years of my license - merely because I switched collecting interests completely.

No audits, no trouble.

I'd figure if they didn't flag me, you're 100% safe.
