I placed an order with AIM yesterday, I've been reading up on them here, and on other sites. I've got some question for those of you who already have yours and have shot them. Trigger slap, On another site one person was complaining about trigger slap, have any of you had a simular problem?  Sights.. did any of you need to adjust them? Ammo..I've also read on another site that some folks were having feeding problems with Wolf ammo, have any of you? Recoil springs..I've also read where MAK recoil springs will work Is this true? Did any of you feel that the recoil spring needed replaced?  Mags..any problems? I've read where some people have had problems with the mag release buttom working when pushed on the right side, but not with the left, have any of you noticed this, and what is the cure? Accuracy, I've read nothing but positive in the accuracy dept, typically, what kind of groups are you getting at say, 15yds?? Saftey levers..also read on another site where some said the saftey levers were a little too easy to move one poster said he had some problems with him accidently engaging the saftey with his thumb whilw shooting, has anyone else noticed this?  Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting this It looks like a neat little pistol..

I've had no issues with the sights on mine.  They were perfectly adjusted for windage.  I did notice my left side mag release is a little more stiff then the right side.  I just attributed this to the design, as it is in no way too stiff to operate.  I don't usually measure groups, but I kept all 12 rounds from a mag in the head of an FBI Q target at 15 yards offhand.  Certainly more then acceptable accuracy.  The safeties are light and smooth in operation.  I don't see how a shooter could knock them on while shooting with any traditional grip though.  I certainly never had that problem.  I haven't shot any Wolf through it yet, but had no problem with a box of Silver Bear.  I'm sure you'll love your 82.

later,
AJ

Trigger slap, On another site one person was complaining about trigger slap, have any of you had a simular problem? NO Sights.. did any of you need to adjust them? NO Ammo..I've also read on another site that some folks were having feeding problems with Wolf ammo, have any of you? I only use brass b/c I've heard of people having issues Recoil springs..I've also read where MAK recoil springs will work Is this true? Did any of you feel that the recoil spring needed replaced?  NO Mags..any problems? I've read where some people have had problems with the mag release buttom working when pushed on the right side, but not with the left, have any of you noticed this, and what is the cure? My old one does, the one I got a couple weeks ago works great either way; I haven't investigated this problem in my old one, it works but you have to push real hard Accuracy, I've read nothing but positive in the accuracy dept, typically, what kind of groups are you getting at say, 15yds?? I haven't shot targets yet but me and 3 friends were consistly hitting a 4-6" tree stump at that distance, IT IS a straight shooter saftey levers..also read on another site where some said the saftey levers were a little too easy to move one poster said he had some problems with him accidently engaging the saftey with his thumb whilw shooting, has anyone else noticed this? My safety lever is my index finger, but me and my 3 friends mentioned above had no problem, and it was the first time out with it for all of us.. its only a cock and lock safety anyhow.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with this pair of CZ82s, and trying to restrain myself from ordering another-- its a good deal!
