Where would one procure a receiver for a CETME? Do they come in 80%? CETME is basicly a H & K, right? Where do I get compliance parts?

How do you build one, screw, weld what?

best bet is cetmerifles com has  alot of info,
you have to use a G3 reciver,, US parts can be had thru century, or  smaller dealers.
no there is no 80%'s,,  they are  either cast  alum/ss or stamped ss..
