Can anybody point me to a place to find a buttsock mag holder?  The one I've seen looked to be OD canvas, with the mag pouch pointed forward (I think).  It only fit over the very end of the buttstock, and it may have doubled as a cheek rest.

Anyway, a link would be nice.

Very close, Coyote!  If I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, that one just might be the ticket!

Thanks!

I had the one that Aspila sells and I can tell you that it won't work with an A1 stock.

Story Originals made this one. I like it as do the CHP. It holds two 20 round mags. It does not interfere with any shooting position and is very comfortable. I believe that uncle mikes bought the pat. on this and is now making them.

I have already spoke to Uncle Mikes and they will not sell their butt stock mag pouch unless for an order over 200. I just got a Black Hawk rifle stock pouch and I am very pleased with it so far.

SPEC-OPS brand of Monahans, TX makes those buttstock magazine pouches for the standard A2 fixed stock and the M-4 stock.  I would give you the phone number, but I can't read the stitching on their tag.

I put on of their pouches on my Dissapator carbine, and I love it.
