The FCSA did some tests on it a few years ago when it started hitting the U.S. market. The lot they tested had the headstamp of IK 97 and it turned out to be mildly corrosive, took 10 days for the test strip to show rust. No other tests have been done on the newer stuff.
Most people found that it was a little on the warm side as it was originally loaded for shooting in an M2. As for the newer stuff it's anyones guess but the brass is decent to reload and it shot on par with other surplus .50. Igman was contracted by IMI to make some of their ammo so they cant be that bad of a company.
If you're worried about it being corrosive just clean your rifle with hot soapy water to get rid of any corrosive salts from the primers. I would toss the bolt in there also just to be sure and then clean the rifle normally and wipe down with a good oil.
