Ran accross some blue coated 9mm hollow points. Entire bullet is coated not just the tip. Coating goes into the hollow point but does not cover or fill it. The brass is Federal. Bullet is a lead HP underneath. Any ideas what it is?
Thanks
PS-Wasnt there a link at one time to a picture page of AP pistol ammo?

Believe this is Nyclad Ammo, much like the 38/357 ammo available.

Thanks to "Ammoman" for the pics....

Mike

FWIW, IIRC this is not AP pistol ammo, simply a teflon coating to prevent leading of revolver barrels.
