Ive been looking at the Commando Recon chest harness, along with a few of there pouches.  Is this a good quality setup or are there better chest rigs out there in the same price range?  I know there are much higher quality plate carriers, but I am not in the military so dont need something they would.  I  just need the harness to be modular the way the Commando is.  Thanks.
