Anybody take off the pouch on the top left side on the BH omega vest without harming the vest? I wonder if i can get black hawk to put a lefty padded shoulder on my righty vest after its already been made,lol?

Probably be better off having a custom gear maker set you up with EXACTLY what you want ...provided you don't mind spending a little extra.
