I think a 100 round Beta C-Mag for the 10/22 would be a natural.

I wonder why they never made one?

Same reason why no one else makes one.  .22 LR is a rimmed cartridge where the rim sticks out past the side of the case, unlike most other autopistol and rifle cartridges where the rim is the same diameter.  Having the rim makes feeding from a magazine tricky.

I'm sure Beta could make one, but R&D would be a real bitch for what is basically a toy with no real value other than the non-gov market.  Besides, would you really pay $250 for a 100 rnd mag for a 10/22?  Hell, I had trouble justifying that much for my AR (but I got it anyway)...

If it worked, hell yes!

"Justification" isn't an issue.  That's what "toy funds" are for.

Amen to that! Hell, I'd buy two! Especially if I had a FA 10/22, or just a nice setup like the dual MG42's.....

Is this a necessary question to ask here

Ok, ok.  Dumb question.  I probably wouldn't, but that's just me...

They wouldn't fit on the twin MG42/22's.  They are only mounted 7 inches apart.  Though, I COULD make another mount...

I can't own one of those. The powerdrill in the corner would be way to tempting.

Drill would be a nice way be become Bubba's "very best friend".

Not really needed, anyway.  Hand cranking the guns gives a combined cyclic rate a little over 1000rpm.  You can dump two 30 round mags in 3 or 4 seconds!

I can pretty much vaporise ceramic tile scraps.

Now I need a LM7.  I have a "GAT" trigger crank that works fine on AR's.  Mmmm, belt fed .22lr goodness!
