09/11/2001 9mm Pistol. Has anyone had the chance to buy or see one of these yet?

I found an "Infinite Justice" 92FS they issued and sold before the Bush Admin changed the name of the Op.

Same style engraving.

I found one in a local shop last weekend, it too said infinite justice with a price tag of $585. If the lettering is the same as my wifes 92 custom carry it holds up very well.

News media is whining that the gun maker is taking advantage of the WTC/Pentagon attack to further promote more guns.

Which is totally different than using them to promote more stupid laws. I laughed when I saw that story.

I saw one at a gun store and the guy behind the counter tried to tell me it was first one made. I quess he didn't know that they all say "1 of 2001" not "#1 of 2001".

That is a real beauty. I was supposed to get one this X-mas, but I had to pay a lawyer to fight my legal battle in court. Bummer. If anyone has the chance to get one do it. You wont regret it. This is a really fine pistol anyway, but the gold etched lettering is very well done making it a special weapon with a special meaning. Cool.

I saw one in 92 and 96 at a shop last night. They look great. The only reason I walked out with a blue 96FS is that both of the "United WE Stand" models were in stainless and I couldn't see the sights as well as the blue model.
I'd love to have found the model pictured.

Go back and ask him if he can reserve #2001 for you...
