And the copies of the F1 are printed with pages 1&2 front/back on a single sheet of paper?
The trust (1 copy, printed either single sided or double sided) can be a copy of the notarized one you should have. It doesn't have to be an "original", but does need to show the notary info. |

This, but no way would or should anyone send in the original trust, it won't get returned to the sender. Only send copies. |
