TAG has been slacking off lately; they were fine last year.
Ordered a Kangaroo Pouch and a non-rigid stretcher; order arrived without the latter. Wrote to them two days ago and still waiting for a response but doesn't seem like they will reply anytime soon. Ordered a Banshee a few months back, no notification or tracking information, so just had to wait and mope around. |

Their products are good but the customer service could be better. I ordered an item that was back ordered last year. Never got any email that it eventually shipped, one day it just showed up at my door.

GTG, Shipping can be slow. Best price for a Banshee for sure! TAG has good stuff.

placed an order for the banshee on the 16th. The 20th to the 24th TAG was doing some sort of maintenance and no orders would ship until the 25th. ai received my shipping info yesterday morning and the Carrier is in my house as we speak. Very happy with the speed. The carrier seems nice, but playing with it in your kitchen doesnt count for shit.

I got notification the same day I ordered that the order is "in process." And at $4.99 shipping I believe it's a great deal on this plate carrier.
