The latest tease of their trigger looks pretty sweet.

Well, the current expectation is that they should start shipping at the end of the week. Anodizing has taken longer than they expected.

Can you get a side by side comparison picture of the parts you’re removing next to what you’re installing?

[Last Edit: metalsaber] [#10]
was trying to a install video.  will see how it works.   The only thing of issue so far is that the trigger doesn't reset if holding the trigger back and then pull charging handle.  I now can't remember if that happened on the stock trigger or not.  Seems highly unlikely.
New trigger pull comes in at 5.25lbs.

They updated their instructions to account for possible dead trigger.  So did some adjustments based on their updated instructions and now it's working great on the reset.
Quickish uninstall/install of the trigger. Sadly missed a couple steps due to camera hard drive filling up.

I've still yet to even receive a shipping email. This is getting ridiculous.

Holy cow I never thought they would ship!

Let me know if anyone wants to part with their stock parts.

Heck yeah! I should be confirming Wednesday whether I can make it to the event or not.

In your experience, are they pretty picky on ammo or will they chew through most anything you feed it?

I like this thread and the chance that we may now have a decent, or even good trigger option available now. It really begs the question, how in the hell can a company like b&t allow the stock trigger to remain so bad, for so long. These things were on sale when I got into shooting like 18 years ago.  Why would a buyer accept that they have to drop hundreds to make it palletable.  I’d accept this if it was kel tec, but b&t?

Not saying it so t make me consider one now but why the hell can’t they put something in the factory gun that’s comparable to a Glock 19?

I'd just avoid flat nose ammo.  Mine occasionally has issues with them.

I cut out some of my speculation from my video but im wondering if this is a European thing.  Even lots of their triggers for law enforcement are heavier than in the us models.  Probably considered a safety thing.

Got my tracking number today.

While I'm personally going to upgrade the trigger, I can understand why B&T keeps it as close to the original design as possible.  This is great for a collector (or engineer) that can appreciate the original design and engineering.  I'm sure there are those who are interested in platforms like the Station Six, KH9, TP9, etc., as firearms that capture the design of the originals as much as possible.  We've seen that B&T can incorporate improvements into platforms that are newly designed or become more mainstream, from general AR compatibility to adding Elftmann triggers directly into versions of the APC series.
