These mags were made before 1994. They are legal under Federal and State law! You allow pornography to be auctioned, but not items used for legitimate sporting use or for American citizens to defend themselves against terrorists and criminals. Ever hear of the Bill Of Rights? This is one of those times that I'm going to correct somebody for their lousy English, even if it is slang. If you're going to make an attempt at representing yourself as a law-abiding gun owner, at least appear as though you can read and write. BTW, it's "waaaaa," not "wah."

As it is spelled, "waaaa" is pronounced as "baaaa" with a short "a" sound. The incorrect form of "wah" as posted by liberty86 is pronounced like "waw." Pretty damned ignorant.

you have to be careful what you list and what you say on Ebay when it comes to mags..........look around at the other auctions that havent been pulled and learn from the wording in their listings :)

Ebay is just fine for 99% of things and yes you might call them anti-gun, but they are in Kalifornia so what do u expect [:0].  Also if any gun auction site out there can even come close to matching Ebay's traffic then I will switch in an instance!

Hellooooo!  This is still  America and if Ebay, a PRIVATE company, wishes to not carry certain items, then that is their RIGHT.
Stop crying and move on.  First of all, this Ebay policy has been in place for YEARS.  It's YOU who are coming late to the party.
Ebay is not your personal plaything. I don't like their policy, but they put their money down & its their business.  I don't want anyone telling me what I can do with my business, so I BUTT OUT of Ebay's business.  RIGHTS is a 2 way street, not a one way on your favor.
If you don't like it, don't use them.  If you have enough support they will fold.  Just don't count on the gun community giving you enough support.  Historically, they do not.

Hey, they are only hurting themselves, just go and sell them on yahoo. I bought one of my handguns on ebay many years ago, before they started all this crap. It is funny to see what still gets by them, there is an H&K MP5 lower out there now, no mention of an FFL even in the ad. Guess they missed that one !

yeah well ebay does it as a cover the ass thing the mags may be physcally located out of Ca but the computers the auction is on is in CA so techniacly you could argue that there being offred for sale in CA.
