Kinda cheesy on the marketing side (visit their website and you'll start receiving a daily e-mail about the sale they have every day (apparently)) but all of their kit I've seen (back packs and chest rigs) have been top notch.

Very, very, very slow to ship- their listed shipping time of 6-8 weeks is VERY optimistic in my lone experience.

QC and turn around times have suffered. They were putting out GREAT stuff mid 2000s. Now, they certainly wouldn't be my first choice. Edit |

I believe there was a thread about them a few months ago, it may have even happened in on of the picture threads. The responses were overwhelmingly negative yet some people still wanted to stick up for them just b/c they're owned/run by vets.
YMMV but I wouldn't spend my money there. |

I replaced all my BDS stuff with LBT stuff, and use Tactical Tailor and First Spear for pouches.

I got an admin pouch from them a while ago w/o issue. A year later I tried to order a belt. They sent me the wrong size three times and a few snarky emails. Done with them.

Worst freaking quality for supposedly "custom" gear I've ever seen. Crappy and snarky customer service, too. Sold every item of a large order I made for a substantial loss. The lead times are horrendous as mentioned.
