What ever happened to the Thompson Handgun? Not Auto Ordnance`s 1911 line. They used to have a semi auto Thompson with I think a 13 inch bbl, no buttstock, and a front foregrip. Did 94 AWB kill these? Or was it done in cause it has a front fore grip on a handgun? And does anyone here know how much they are going for these days? Thanks

If I recall, Kimber bought them out, but, they still build them. I could be wrong, and you can be assured that if I am, someone on here will correct me.

It was Kahr Arms that bought them, and AFIK they still make and sell the full size Thompsons. I would assume that the AWB would have killed the model you speak of since it could never pass the "50 oz." rule for a handgun and there has been no military or police market for these guns in decades.
