CDNN has 15 rnd. "Asian Military" magazines for $20.  Seems like a good deal if the mags are any good. Any body have any experience with these? Are they worth it?

Maybe good range mags.  I don't think I would trust them if my life depended on them.

I have 2 and more often than not they do not hold the slide open when empty.

I know, I know, you're not supposed to train that way. Never fire your mag dry.

Mine work 100% too.  They were in basically new condition.  The metal is a little thinner than the factory or GI mags.

This was my experience as well. I also noticed that mine would occasionally pop out rounds prematurely (thin steel) and cause jams. Not often, but still annoying. Factory Beretta magazines are still reasonably priced, so I got rid of the Asian mags.

Asian mags don't always hold the slide back for me. They've already fed 100%, even when loaded for extended periods of time-repeatedly.
