A2 style removable carry handle?

Do both hold zero when removed or fired etc? Which do you prefer / recommend?

I have the ARMS #40 on both of my rifles and am very satisfied.  They stay folded down until needed and hold zero reliably.  The removable carry handle always seemed like just one more thing to remember and worry about so I've never used one but the #40 works for me with both the Aimpoint ML2 and the EO tech.  In fact I can leave it up or down, really doesn't matter since when using the dot or the holosight with both eyes open you're not even aware of the BUIS.  Should you need to use I have found it to be dependable.   my .02

They're both great.  ARMS makes real nice stuff.  I've got a ARMS 6" Swan Sleeve on one of mine and a ARMS 40 on another.  Both work great and never had an issue with repeating zero.  Plus, chances are with the ARMS 40 you won't remove it that often.
