Does anyone have one of these. From what I have seen, it appears to be the best .50 cal for the money. Anyone know how it performs accuracy wise?

Got an AR50 in December 2000 and enjoy shooting it. Feel like I got my money's worth. It's the softest shooting .50 there is. Accuracy is more than acceptable. Took mine to the FCSA World Champs last year and did respectably. One of the many attractive things about a .50 is the variety of ammunition available. You can put on a light show with spotter-tracer and incendiary rounds. .50's are a different kind of firearm.

I think you're understating things a little here.

Had a couple chances to fire this weapon. Superb. The recoil to me was less than my No4 SMLE, with a bit more twisting. The backblast from the brake was not at all unplesant, and after a couple shots I found it easy to keep a good cheekweld, and watch the tracers arc out to impact through the optics.

A nice bit of work.

What kind of groups are we talking out past 1500 yards?

Does anyone know if the AR-50, or any other .50 for that matter, shoots 1 MOA at 100 yards?

They do. Other .50s can as well.
