Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Are antique stores that sell old rifles on consignment FFLs?

If I buy an old C&R rifle (not antique) from a consignment antique store, am I supposed to fill out a 4473 or present my 03 FFL like a pawn shop or gun store?  Or is that like buying from an individual?

For the purposes of my C&R log book, if I bought said rifle and did not fill out anything would I just mark it in as from said antique store?

As they're not a FFL it would be effectively a private purchase. If the store is selling it for the actual owner, probably the best way would be to get the owner's info and book it in as from them.
