Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone shooting an HK53? Need some tips......

Just got one, need some ideas for optics and a folding stock.  Mine has the old curved HK slider stock - don't like it - would like to fit a B&T if possible.  Thinking of putting an Eotech on it.  Anyone running a suppressor on theirs?  This thing is LOUD!!!  Thanks for any thoughts.

Im using a B&T side folder and B&T optic mount with the Eotech. The stock works great but a Eotech on an MP5 or 53 sits real high and I need to pad the stock to get a good cheek weld.

Thanks.  Does the regular B&T MP5 stock fit right on or is there a special one?  I ordered two of the MP5 stocks before this gun arrived so I'm hoping one will fit stress-free.  I'm a HUGE fan of the Eotech but I understand what you mean on the height thing.

I believe there is only one B&T side folder. I have moved mine back and forth between my MP5 & 53.
