Thinking of stocking up.  I want about 3 myself, a shooting buddy confirmed on at least 1 if not 2.  Trying to find a good quality lower--Rock River is preferable, but would look at others.  Kind of want to stick with factory stuff--i.e. the maker of the lower should put out complete uppers, etc.

Thanks!!

I saw an add for Gunsmoke the other day, stripped RRA lowers for $110.00 (I think)  It was on the equipment exchange.

I'd check with Pete inNH (Legal Transfers). He's one of the largest Rock River suppliers, and might be able to cut you a deal.

ive been buying Century lowers lately (stop laughing) these things are EXCELLENT. i compare them side by side to my Rock River lowers and its tough to tell. the serial numbers on the centurys and the RR's both start with "CM" which tells me they were both done by continental machine co. seems to me the RR's are the cream of the crop and those with rougher finishes etc get marked for century. i pay $90 for the recievers and every one of them has gone together like clockwork just like a Rock River.
